I am an independent HR consultant with over 20 years of experience. I’ve worked in senior HR positions within a large multi-site organisation. 

I’ve transferred my knowledge and expertise to offering outsourced HR services to companies in high growth industries, as well as small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that don’t have inhouse HR.

Having worked closely with Operations and HR Directors, I ensure the people strategy is continually updated to align with the business goals, culture and desired behaviours.
