This is my third video on AI because it’s such a vast subject.
But how many of you are thinking of just doing a job spec by using AI? Just put a job title into AI, easy, brilliant, saves you a lot of time. It will even generate the forms for you.
You can just put something into chat GPT, for example, and it gives you a full jobs spec. It can even give you an advertisement and then a coordinating interview form.
But do you check it? Do you check it with anyone human in your company?
If you don’t have someone, do you go to external HR to check it?
The reason I ask is that there is a risk of discrimination waiting for you. This is if you’re in the UK – England and Wales because remember Scotland’s a separate law entity again. You could get information generated from easy access online tools that is not going to protect you or your company. Human verification of what AI gives you is essential.
Just remember AI is a tool.
